Treatment Policy

All patient records are confidential and will not be discussed with anyone, unless the patient is a minor under the age of 18, in which case diagnoses and treatments may be discussed with the minor's parents or guardians.

We are HIPAA compliant (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), which means we observe strict, federally mandated standards regarding privacy and accountability practices and procedures in our office.
