Mole Removal

Moles, or nevi, are removed for a variety of reasons. One of two surgical methods is typically employed: excision with stitches or excision with cauterization. Although laser has been tried for moles, it is not usually the method of choice for deep moles because the laser light doesn't penetrate deeply enough.
