Insurance
We accept most insurance plans and, as a courtesy to you, will automatically file claims for all those in which we participate. We will also file secondary insurance claims, such as Medicare or AARP. We appreciate your cooperation in verifying insurance coverage on every visit; to prevent payment delays and protect you from unnecessary out of pocket expenses, we want to ensure that our information is up to date and accurate.
To that end, please present your insurance card to the receptionist when you sign in. If you are a new patient, please be sure to bring your card with you on your first visit; failure to do so may result in an out-of-pocket expense. Co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service.
Insurance claims will not be filed for cosmetic procedures of any kind; charges for cosmetic procedures must be paid at the time services are rendered. Questions about coverage should be discussed with your employer or insurance provider prior to seeing the doctor. If your insurance requires authorization from a primary physician for coverage of dermatological procedures, it is your responsibility to obtain that authorization prior to your appointment with us.
Please be advised that we are not contracted with any HMO plans.
